"We went here last year and we liked it a lot, this year was even better. Starting from the people at the reception, kind and welcoming, to the amazing animation that took care of our evenings, the kids loved it. We will definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything "

"The premises are old and not renovated. Very narrow rooms. "

"We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 3 of us. The apartment was spacious and nice view on the mountain. We had 2 bathroom which was great but unfortunately 1 of the heater was not functioning for half our stay so it was really cold to take a bath and we had to complain several times before they replaced the towels heater. They obviously knew the issue as they already ordered a new one. They never offered any compensation or to move us in another apartment. The ski room was super smelly and...

"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. Overall great stay!

"Wonderful last minute visit. We could have stayed a few more nights. The Wellness Spa was such a nice amenity, especially after hiking. The center of town is a nice walk away, but there is a free municipal bus. And the hotel has a free shuttle, which was great when we wanted to go to the Monte Bianco Skyway. The staff was incredibly gracious and hospitable. Breakfast was nice as well (would love to have orange juice as an option - just melon and pineapple). "

Truly wonderful

"The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean as are all of the public areas. Very attentive and polite staff throughout our stay in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was extensive with extras available from the kitchen. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was fabulous. The bar very comfortable and welcoming. We used the spa and again it was clean and an experience to enjoy. Absolutely recommend a stay here."
