"We were there for just one night. Easy parking underground the hotel but you have to go and ask the desk staff to open the gate. We had an amazing view of the countryside from our balcony so make sure you ask for that view. Host was very kind. The hotel is a little older and has basic amenities. The morning breakfast was amazing! "

"AMAZING!!! Once in a lifetime stay!!! We weren’t even planning on visiting Pontremoli until our previous accommodations fell through and we found this place last minute! Marco was so accommodating and always answered when we called! Once we arrived we were in absolute awe of not only the town but this magical property as well! We called Marco right away to book a second night because we were so charmed. An absolute must when traveling this area! "

"We loved everything about our stay here. The staff and Barbara went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure we were enjoying our stay. "A lovely taste of authentic Italy. We stay in so many chain hotels it was lovely to stay in a hotel that felt more homely and hasn't been over developed or stripped of it's character. Great location; a few short steps into town, great spacious family room, good selection at breakfast and fresh coffee to order available. Garden at breakfast time was a beautiful bonus. On site parking was essential for us and wasn't too expensive but street parking was also available. Friendly receptionists and very helpful too (excellent English!). Lunch and dinner available at on site restaurant; we ate once and it was delicious!"

"Perfect location to stop, rest, re-energise if travelling on A1 motorway. We stopped at this hotel for one night with my wife and my daughter. The hotel is very clean, good beds, efficient air conditioning, stuff members very kind. It would require some refurbishment but for the price we paid the ratio quality vs price it is very high. A lot of opportunity to taste good food around or dine in with a fixed menu at fixed price. Breakfast was superb!!! Home made cakes, very good cappuccino and espresso. If we will be around again, we know now where to stop. Thanks!! The hotel is not visible from the road and there is an old building when you turn to the Hotel direction/indication that may give a bad first impression, keep going the hotel is there around the corner. "

"Beautiful location, in a lovely village. The rooms are in an old but very well restored building, and the rooms were very well appointed. Great, very comfortable beds, good size wardrobes and even an exercise bike in the entrance! Only minor comments are that the shower cubicle wasn't the biggest and the breakfast had a limited (but good) selection"
