(Some concrete information on the residence website would be helpful to those WITHOUT cars: - The train station is a solid 15-18 minute brisk WALK from the residence. Taxis/Uber NOT AVAILABLE in this area. - The concierge was VERY HELPFUL is dropping us to the station in the early morning (we had TWO full bags). - Excellent train service to Roma Termini. (Last trains about 9 PM so be careful if you plan to stay late night in Rome, huh!) "

"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. "While the hotel may meet the very basic standards expected for accommodation, my overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. The facilities and amenities provided felt extremely limited and lacked the level of comfort and attention one would reasonably expect for the price being charged. What stood out most was the apparent focus on generating additional revenue rather than prioritising genuine customer satisfaction and hospitality. Many aspects of the service felt transactional, with little effort made to ensure guests felt valued, welcomed, or properly looked after during their ( I was charged €2.50 for requesting an extra tea bag and also charged for bottle of water left in the fridge that is normally complementary). Overall, the experience did not reflect good value for money, and there appears to be significant room for improvement in both service quality and guest experience."

"Likes: We were able m the 6th floor and most of our 4 nights the other floors were full of coach parties and most of them were kids. Despite that, the room was quiet. Room was clean and was well kept every day by housekeeping. Mini fridge in the room. Dislikes: Minor, but a lack of electric sockets without having to in plug something else first. Again minor, When you first arrive (in the area around the Hotel) you think OMG look at the graffiti and the rubbish, but we found that it is a very nice friendly area and that most of the Rome suburbs look like this."

"Lovely hotel with a great breakfast. Far, though, from the Termini and many Rome sites. Closely shopping plaza with great food store if needed; Sfornabonta cafe also there - espresso, pastries, and gelatti! A bit difficult to figure out the bus lines but the tram/streetcars are a little harder. The buses do mostly have a video screen showing the stops. The metro, though, is great; 1.50 euros for a 100 minute card (only one Metro usage). Nice hotel and staff, a bit far from sites, though. "

"The room was nice and clean however, there’s no iron provided in the room, so make sure you have your clothes already pressed before you travel the food. The breakfast was almost the same every day. I think they need to change the menu so people have a variety of options. This staff is very helpful in the beginning. We have trouble with our air-conditioning however they fixed it when we reported the issue."
