"Spa was a little disappointing, sauna and spa baths are tiny given the number of rooms at this hotel. Hotel is also quite a walk to any of the ski bus stops which is not easy in full ski gear. Certainly a bit pricey for what you actually get in terms of facilities. "

"We haven been visiting this property for over a decade. We beared witness to her glorious day and it is sad to see her gradual decade. For value of money and a quiet location, this is ideal. However, since the change of managing structure, they have implemented a list of cost cutting exercises. The reception, children’s playroom, spa, stream room, Japanese bath, the store at the back of the bakery (whichever turned a real estate agent and now vacant) had all but disappeared. There is with dampness across the corridor. Certain lights in the swimming area are not operational and corrosion are seen in some fittings. The temperature of the water in the swimming pool is turned down and closed at "

"Excellent stay. The room view was superb and with good amenities, the breakfast was great, and the staff was lovely. The spa was a nice touch after skiing sessions and required bookings in advance which was not a problem if done in advance. Jorge of reception staff was amazing with great recommendations for day trips and advice. My only point for improvement is the quality of the toilet paper which is subpar for this stay's pricepoint. Otherwise, everything was excellent."

"Indoor/outdoor pool looked nice, but only open 10 am to 7 pm, so we missed it. Everything else was great. Very nice team who held our luggage both before checkin and after check out."
