"CVS, WaWa, and Sheetz within walking distance. For me with two knees replaced and 70 years old and not real fit. Staff on arrival were friendly and respectful(Demetrius and Nivea). Breakfast was what one would expect. Property in all areas quite clean. Airport Shuttle was convenient and timely. Only thing I thought would be nice to have was an eating surface other than the desk but that was manageable. "We originally booked a pool view room not knowing that outside the window was the pool with kids running around, however that was on us. But i let the front staff know and they immediately changed our room. After that the stay was great, quite, no issues and the hotel itself was very nice. Would definitely stay again, just be warned about the pool view rooms."

"Perfect for family of five. Beautiful little courtyard. An indoor pool, outdoor pool, and basketball court. 30 minutes to Hershey Park. Good service and good breakfast included. Good ambassador for the brand. "

"We had a wonderful time with several friends staying in both buildings for a wedding. We never saw any staff members until breakfast on our last morning. We did not have breakfast there on our first morning because I sent 2 emails asking if our daughter and son in law could join us for breakfast and never received a response. We ate off site that morning. The bed was comfortable, the rooms immaculate.Our one note of negative is the lack of reciprocal communication. "

"This was a great hotel experience from start to finish. The staff Sharon and Kristen were extremely welcoming and answered all questions thoroughly. The breakfast was great too, there were many options. Water pressure was awesome and everything was spotless. We would absolutely stay here again. 1000/10 recommend. "

"I wasn’t sure what to expect but the reviews were great and it was just a short distance to the park and stadium. It’s an older hotel but don’t let that deter you. We were immediately greeted by friendly and welcoming staff, the room was clean, the temperature in the room was perfect. The morning breakfast was lovely and service was great! We will definitely be back! "

"We had a great stay at Tru. Very close to Hersheypark, so the location is convenient. The room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and I wasn’t expecting the room to be cleaned after the first night, but it was, which was awesome. What really stood out though was the staff. From check-in to housekeeping to just passing staff in the hallway, everyone was incredibly professional and friendly.
