Special shout out to the bar staff - always with a smile even during a hectic happy hour. Hotel location is good for restaurants and sightseeing on the waterfront."

The lady who sells the tours where loudly arguing with another receptionist, who was very loud too in front of the guests and showed no mercy that we were all uncomfortable remorse to it "

"We had our room upgraded after a guest checked out a day earlier than planned. The room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, giving it a homely feel. Our stay was very comfortable on a quiet street, and the two ladies at the reception were very helpful and friendly. We had a great stay overall. The only downside was that the shower pressure was a bit low."
