Amazing birthday stay

This property is by far the best place we’ve stayed, in the Guadalupe Valle. From the welcome champagne to tour of the property, Everything was perfect. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our wine tasting with Ellie. Will definitely be back with a group of friends..

The Best HOTEL ON EARTH

Wow, I travel every week & stay in the fanciest of properties, but this one is an exception. IT IS OUT OF THE WORLD. You won't find a speck of dust anywhere. The bed is SUPER COMFORTABLE. The towels are snowhite clean & super soft. The shower is amazing. The toilet paper is super soft. The coffee lounge with cookies & coffee is superb with breathtaking views. Thy gym is decent with nuts to munch. Every public bathroom is SPOTLESSLY clean. The FREE WINE tasting is awesome. The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY. The owner took us on a tour that was out of the world. WE ARE COMING BACK AGAIN FOR SURE.

Amazing Experience

Palazzo del valle is an absolutely amazing place. It isn’t one of those big flashy places, which makes it even better. The staff there are super friendly and welcoming. From the moment you arrive until you leave, they do their best to make you feel as if you are part of their family. The owner, George, will give you the 5 peso tour, well worth it. The wines, another amazing thing. They are full of flavor and seem well balanced. If you stay here, you will be rewarded with an amazing experience.

Paola, George and the entire team make this a VERY special place that needs to be shared. You will not a find a better place to stay anywhere in the Guadalupe Valle. Everything about this place is 11/10!! The only issue, we can’t stay here forever. Love it here and the entire experience.

Excelente! Un gran lugar para hospedarse, la atención de todos se lleva las palmas y realmente te hace sentir bienvenido, algo muy poco común en la actualidad, en verdad aprecian tu estadía y disfrutan hacer su trabajo. Es un hotel pequeño y hermoso, y te sentirás como huésped de una casa más que de un hotel, la atención también será así. No puedo recomendarlo más por qué no me sé mejores palabras.

Increíble!!! De mis mejores experiencias en un hotel.
