"We booked this for 2 nights, on the first night we noticed that the hot water really didn't get hot. I messaged the management and they just told me which way to turn the hot water nob. I contacted them later saying the hot water still wasn't working and I never heard back. The kitchen sink was broken and the faucet was held together with Scotch tape."
