"What a unique stay! Bungalows are in the woods surrounded by nature. We felt secluded and enjoyed the wildlife all around us. The hiking trails were wonderful, and the staff friendly and helpful. The bungalows are clean and modern and come with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Also conveniently close to restaurants and shops. Loved it!"

"This condo was so cute, modern, very clean, just wonderful. It is in a private location but didn’t feel too secluded for female travelers. I felt safe, parking was easy, handicapped accessible ground floor. Met the owner, very nice man, he clearly takes lots of pride in his home and offering a great stay to his guests. There were a few snacks and drinks provided which was nice. Perfect location to visit Monteverde. Price was reasonable. I had NO bug issues here, which if you stay in Monteverde...

"The house, property and landscaping was amazing. The outdoor bed by the hot tub is covered and wonderful for napping. The view is amazing. I would definitely stay there again. The neighbors are really nice and washed our clothes. The gate made us feel safe and was easy to locate.

"Rooms were clean and tidy but the kitchen was not. Coffee maker had mold, silverware and dishes were not clean, we ended up eating out instead of cooking.
Pool was beautiful and clean. Property was a wonderful place to relax and explore. Proximity to town was great assuming you have transportation.

"Nous avons adoré dormir à ce dôme. Le lit, les oreillés, les draps et douillette tout était très confortable. Les draps et douillette était tellement doux. Je crois que s'était en cotton Egyptien. Le déjeuner qui était inclus était vraiment bon et une très grosse portion. Le café cultivé et préparé sur place était délicieux. Un vrai bon café du Costa rica. "Amazing place and extremely good value. As others have mentioned, Fred and the front team at Hotel Mar/Don Taco where you check in are really nice and helpful, they take you around to the secluded house that is owned by the brother of the hotel owner. You can park on site for free and it’s safe. 400m down to town where nice restaurants are available. Close by shops also for everything you need.
