"Leider können wir diese Unterkunft, insbesondere für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, nicht empfehlen. Zimmer 3 befindet sich in einer offenbar umgebauten Wohnung und entspricht nicht dem, was wir uns unter einer angenehmen Unterkunft vorgestellt haben. Das Zimmer und die gesamte Einrichtung wirken sehr lieblos und wenig einladend. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein, sodass man sich kaum bewegen kann. Zusätzlich war die Tür der Dusche kaputt.
Auch sollte man wissen, dass sehr viele Stufen zu...

"Not only was the room clean there were several extra amenities I’ve never had anywhere else. A welcome bottle of wine, clothing detergent if you wanted wash clothes in your room and place to hang dry, fresh lemons in the common area, wine and bottle openers, etc etc. Couldn’t ask for better hosts and great communication. The location is also perfect. Extremely close to the train station and the beginning of the corso. Highly recommended."

"Really enjoyed the stay here. To room was located central to everything. A 25min walk to the train station and 10-15min walk to most restaurants/ bars. Very clean and spacious."

"Excellent location , walking distance from the La Spezia train station, which was also the starting point for our journey to see several of the villages of cinque Terre. Our host Simonetta got in touch with us before our visit to confirm arrival and was there to greet us at check in. She gave us excellent advice on how to see as much as we could in one day. Be aware it is a small group of private apartments all in one floor of one building, but it is not a hotel.
The apartment was spotless...

"Accommodation was central, clean and well maintained. Martina provided great communication and check in. There is no parking but we parked at Europa Car Park which cost us 18 Euro per day, it was more secure and better maintained then the train station parking lot.
The room was just like the photos, and we could walk across the road for dinner/breakfast, great location!
