"Excellent location on beachfront with good transport connections. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable and quiet. I liked that it is a small hotel."
"Everything was perfect on this location.
Very good location. Near the bus station which help you to get easily everyone you need in Valencia. Also the beach 10 min walking away from the hotel. Cross the road you find the best coffee shop in town. Don't forget to try coffe shop food 😋. Fresh and tasty.
Overall we spend a nice holiday on this accommodation. Highly recommend."

Facilities are exceptional, spa well worth a visit.
Pool areas, gardens lounge areas are spotlessly clean and constantly maintained.
Rooms and room service are superb. Towels,toiletries refreshed daily. View over the gardens to the beach are wonderful.
Very quiet in the evenings. Security staff carry out routine rounds through the corridor areas and reception is always covered by Security.

"It is a very bad hotel. They don’t clean the rooms daily and all services are paid through apps. Staff are just pretending helpful especially with maintenance. Not worth the money! Save your time and energy and book another place."
"The room was small but clean and the front desk staff were superlative! Anna and Sarah went so far above it’s hard to even convey; need help figuring out how to purchase train tickets? They’ll teach you, even print them. Need a taxi? No problem! Running late and no time for breakfast? They’ll run next door and grab some croissants, pack them up with bottled water in a bag. All with a smile. Truly make you feel as if they are happy to assist.

"Staff were great, and beach location was ideal. Good size rooms and bathrooms. Could do with some basic maintenance to things but nothing problematic. Breakfast was nice but small and al la carte, not a buffet. The upstairs area was closed no mention of that beforehand. Beach towels and umbrellas were available and greatly appreciated."
