"The actual hotel is great! The room was small but well done. The property is beautiful and the location great. The cleaner was very friendly and does a wonderful job with the plants and inside. My only problem was with who ever books the rooms, there was a problem with my credit card payment a month before my arrival. Instead of messaging me they cancelled my reservation. A month before any payment due. So I rebooked, at a higher price. Then it happened again. When I messaged them asking why they didn't reach out to me if there was a problem they said they "don't chase down payments". Ok- you have no front desk, and you can't make a phone call or send an email? One email or phone call doesn't constitute "chasing down" in my book, but with no front desk and this attitude, it's obvious someone doesn't like to work."

"Bring your own ice or ice trays. Since these units appear brand new there’s a few small items still not stocked. Also, I’d loved to have had a plastic glass to drink out of. The counters, floors and all are murder on glassware. Even outside, hot tub and couch are on a concrete pad."
