"Séjour décevant .Accueil lent et peu convivial, personnel pas disponible, dilettante . Difficile d'obtenir un renseignement car jamais personne à la réception. Lorsque j'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel au mois de juin pour réserver une chambre au mois d'aout, je n'ai pas réussi à le joindre,personne ne répond au téléphone, c'est pourquoi j'ai réservé via le site Hôtels . Le 19 aout alors que nous cherchions l’établissent niché dans la montagne, ne le trouvant pas( par manque de de panneaux nous...

"Toplocatie, idyllische locatie, supervriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden enkel pech dat onze kamer uitkeek op de achterkant van het lokale zwembad van La Clusaz, waar de luidruchtige generatoren 24/24u draaiden. Verder spijt dat we hier maar 1 nachtje als tussenstop waren."

"A wonderful hotel in a spectacular area of France. The chalet style was very in keeping with the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming and most helpful. The only niggling area of concern relates to the buffet breakfast. The cold meats and cheese were not covered and were susceptible to a few flies present in the room. Maybe if these were covered, it would have been better."

Propreté des lieux impeccable, propriétaires très gentils, chalet moderne et équipé, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, une place de parking par chambre pour se garer juste devant le chalet... "Fantastic place to stay for the 6 of us. It was smart and clean, but also very homely. Great breakfast (cooked and pastry options), super close to ski hire and slopes (few mins walk), sauna and steam were really nice and those who had massages said they were great. Nice afternoon tea/cakes at an extra cost (~12 euros pp). Views from the rooms and the dining area were unbelievable. Had everything you could want I think. I thought the dinner was nice. "Lovely traditional property with really friendly staff. Decent sized room with very comfortable bed. Would have preferred the bathroom and toilet to be a single room, rather than separate, but I guess that's difficult to change / update. Good breakfast choices, free parking and bar prices very good value. Very close to the pedestrian centre of Megève, which is very pretty and has a large selection of places to eat/drink."
