"Whilst the infrastructure and location were classic Tuscany, the hospitality (staff engagement & food) were underwhelming. It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow. "Stunning location & great reception from Vito. He looked after us & gave us some great recommendations for a wine tasting day out. The accommodation & views were beautiful. We also loved using the spa facilities & played tennis a couple of times overlooking the vineyard! Breakfast was great & dinner in the restaurant was amazing. A great stay & highly recommend! "

"We had an amazing time staying at this property: the staff were super helpful, going beyond what was expected to accommodate our late arrival.
The room was very clean and cozy looking, the views surrounding the property were breathtaking, we couldn’t believe our eyes. The view of the property were we had our breakfast, looked like a postcard.
