Lovely Room, independent chalets.
Staff, very helpful and always available when needed.
I believe they need to do some work with the pool area. The pool is lovely, but the staffing arranging the towels don’t seem to have too much motivation to find towels and often I waited half an hour for a towel.
Great location, I would definitely recommend staying in there in the future

Staff were very friendly but this felt like a true 3 star hotel who some elements letting it down. We booked for two people but had to call for towels as we were only given one. We had to call again for the safe key. We had to call again as the door wouldn’t lock. Each time, staff were very helpful but it’s not what you would expect. Plug sockets didn’t work by the bed on one side. Bathroom was old and tired. We checked in and left the hotel for the beach for the evening then checked out early as we didn’t really want o stay longer to pet for our next hotel in the hope they’d let us in. We didn’t use it but the pool area looked nice, they also had a games room.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Nice play to stay in Vagator, Goa
Overall, the stay was pretty comfortable. In house Restaurant's room delivery was good too. Cleaning staff did a good job too. But, the door handle of the bathroom of the room we stayed was broken. Otherwise, everything else was pretty decent.
This was one of the best Goa trip and the grand Leoney made it very special.. Great rooms, nice look, decent restaurant and great staff.. Very recommended if your okay with vagator.. The beach was a let down.. Try Anjuna nearby or candolim if you don't want to stretch beyond north Goa..
The lady at the Front Desk who assisted for my check-in was very friendly and helpful. She was very responsive to requests. The room was nice and comfortable with extra space and strong AC to cool the temperature down. Overall the room was clean but still some room to improve as I still found stains on bed sheet and toilet bowl. There were toiletries in the room but no tooth brush and hair dryer was upon request. The swimming pool area was very clean and the umbrellas, lounge chairs, and tables were arrange nicely. You can order some food and enjoy it by the pool while soak up the sun. The location of this resort is very convenience and also in a very quiet neighborhood. It is within 15 to 20 minutes nice walk to the Chapora Fort and the beach. Also there is a bar within around 10 minutes walk called the Waters where the tourists and locals will hang out until late. I was very satisfied with the resort as the price was very good and the service and facilities were up to standard.
The location of the property is just great. Vagator beach is just a walk away. In the neighborhood you'll find lot of good eateries as well. Hiring a bike or car is just few steps away. The place is good for families or for those who just want to spend few quiet days!
But, the hotel needs a lot of improvement to come up to mark. Few points that really sucks:
1. No breakfast package available with the booking
2. You don't even get a free bottle of water in room
3. The freebies you generally get in toilets were below standard
4. Imagine you don't get dustbins in toilets; means you throw the napkin on the floor after wiping your back
5. You call the hotel a "resort" and you don't have any open space
6. You spend 3 nights and with 3 rooms and imagine you have to pay all the money in Cash. Come on, buy a credit card machine!
7. The pool is small with so much chlorine in it that it starts itching after a bath.
8. No bath-tub and the separator curtain does not make it to the ground leaving the toilet all wet after any bath
The property has lot of potential and in spite of many shortcomings the staff were friendly.
