"A quirky and old school reminder of Budapest's past. It is right beside the national museum (which is another are of major renos, which start at 730) and near everywhere you want to be. The ceiling was 15' high with a chandelier, fridge, nice bathroom with killer water pressure for showers. Not a hotel, more like a pension and Y, lots of things are happening around you. Highly recommended. "

"Location was perfect. At the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions such as New York cafe, ruins bar, metro station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Some small details needs an uplift but it was totally fine. We didn't have any problem. Super comfy like our own house. Also very quiet and staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Room exactly as pictured. Pre Check-in was smooth Bed large and comfy. Stairs to bedroom were pretty steep, wasn’t an issue for us, but may be if you have limited mobility. Bedroom ceiling quite low so might be an issue if you are very tall. Walking distance to down town core areas. "

"The apartment was very comfortable and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Everything was good, with a small exception of the bathroom which looked like a first try DIY (do-it-yourself). It didn't do anything to our worsen our experience, however we did feel that the owner will have some water damages in the long run. Also, please secure the sink for future guest. That a side, it was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend"
