"The room is sparkling clean, the bed/ pillows are so comfortable, and we had a good sleep. I also like the mountain view from our room. The staff at the reception and the servers at the restaurant are so helpful and kind. The breakfast is also very good, lots of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel "

"To start, I’ll first mention the breakfast. It was like a dream really. The variety. The quality. The presentation. The service. The staff were super friendly from checking in, through the breakfast staff, and a quick check out so we could get back on the road. The size of our room was a real relief. The kids loved it. The black out shades were helpful as well. This place is a bit away from the center of the tourist area, which is normally where I’d stay, but if I go back to Salzburg, I’ll stay here again. Being able to get in and out of town with a car so easy is very helpful. And to get into the tourist area, there is a bus right outside for free. There is parking downtown, but the bus is free and easy. As I said, I’ll stay here again in the future. "

"The hotel had a warm Austrian feel. The room was clean and modern. A real perk was the public transportation pass given to us. The train station was about 10 minute walk. And we used the pass to go everywhere on bus and train. It is really a great place to stay."
