"The staff and general facilities were excellent. Faultless. We had a fantastic stay. The service around the pool and the staff’s attention and constant willingness to help us enjoy our stay did not go unnoticed. The food was also excellent all round. The only negatives were some technology issues with the room and the mosquitoes around our private pool. The staff did every they possibly could to help so I really cannot complain."

"Worn out"

"The room was very clean with a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. A nine minute walk to the beach and many different eateries and ice cream shops. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. And sleeps six comfortably and probably up to eight if you have little kids that can sleep on the couch. The only thing that made me nervous about this property was the communication with staff. There were times responses took up to and over a month."

"The apartment was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. Check in and out was very efficient. The staff were very helpful and polite. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay here again during my next visit to Athens. "

"Disappointed in our stay mainly because of our restaurant experience and the construction and electrical infrastructure surrounding the hotel. Restaurant service was simply terrible. The hotel itself is beautiful and design is unique. But all the dirt and debris around the hotel is an eyesore. Also, no iron in our room."

"It was mentor that there is couch in the room , after checking in we didint found that couch , it was noisy because of the sites arround and the shower area inside the bathroom without door so when you shower all the bathroom will be water"

"Small property within walking distance to the beaches. Room was updated and very modern. Incredible view of the Aegean Sea from an amazing and spacious private balcony. Room was stocked with some groceries, milk, cheese, cold meat, coffee, tea etc. Everything you needed was provided. With our room choice it even included a basket of freshly baked bread in the morning (was absolutely delicious and a much appreciated surprise). Amazing value for the money would 100% recommend."

"The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed each day but the bedding wasn’t. Some things weren’t replenished every time e.g. glasses & water in the fridge (which we read was included). The safe in the room didn’t work - we did ask for this to be looked at but it wasn’t within the duration of our stay. It was a last minute change of booking so we were happy with the condition of the room/facilities considering what we needed for our trip. Staff were very friendly and the pool area was nice...

"Wonderful place for parking but no swimming pool"

Everything is great about Edem Apartment Sea view, the clean neat apartment, extremely comfortable and homey… the location, the neighborhood … just perfect. Would have loved to extend my stay but unfortunately the property is booked. The Host is just wonderful and helpful, great communication and support. "
