快適な２日間過ごさせていただきました スタッフも丁寧な接客で良かったです❗ ただ、部屋の窓は嵌めごろしで窓が開かずエアコンも暖房と送風しかなく風呂上がりは暑くて参りました それ以外はホテル内も静かで良かったです

ホテルも綺麗でよかったです。11月だったので暖房が効きすぎて部屋が暑かったですが、サーキュレーター貸し出しなど丁寧に対応してくれました。朝食バイキングは１階のお店の中でしたが、美味しかったのでお勧めです。漫画やゲームの貸し出しもあるようなので、次回利用時に暇があったら利用してみたいですね。

以前と比べ清掃スタッフのクオリティの悪さに唖然としました

朝食はつけなかったので感想は割愛します。 立地は駅東口で良いホテルで良く利用させていただいております。 今回チェックアウト11時にも関わらず9時から清掃スタッフによる清掃が始まり、こちらは寝ているのに扉の開閉や掃除機は大きな音を立てて配慮も何も無く非常に不愉快でした、更に早めにチェックアウトに廊下で清掃スタッフとすれ違っても挨拶も無く、安かろう悪かろうを体現したスタッフに唖然としました…以前はリーズナブルで快適だったので残念でした
