"Everything is good at this price. Convenient and quiet"

"Its advertised that breakfast is included, but there was no breakfast when we were there. The beds are newer and the bathroom is clean, but the building is in some disrepair. It seems like they’re working on it so I’m hopeful for the future but it’s in a derelict area of town. The Denny’s attached is empty and abandoned and there’s really nothing around but for the price and bring close to the highway we were ok to sleep . it’s musty smelling, and has water stains coming through on the ceiling...

"Room in terrible condition. I don't think this room should be offered for staying. Outside 35F and no heating in the room!!!! I can't stay second night."

"Finding a pet-friendly place is always difficult. Sprinkle in a single night’s stay on a holiday weekend near Cooperstown into the mix and it becomes impossible. HOWEVER…at KC’s…we stayed in a brand new room which was entirely spotless on a bed that gave us the best night of sleep in memory! The property is still under some construction, but the value here is really, really great!"

"Room very clean, nice to have the lake right in back of us, very convenient parking, friendly and courteous reception upon arrival (like the coffee, too). :)"

"The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”. Will not go back. Poor customer service"

"I liked how clean the room was and especially the large desk are that I used frequently while I was there for a week! The only two issues I wished different--the was no freezer in the mini fridge and I had no way to make my ice packs cold each day. And the bed mattresses were flat and VERY hard. Other than that, things were great!"
