Normal people knock using their hands but when you use an object like your wooden board that is very loud. Not only did you wake up my young kids but I am sure you have woken up entire floor. The lady that checks us in is always very nice and so is the lady who checked us out but I am feel robed the entire morning of the sleep I needed. "
