"Room was clean and spacious, but it had a bad smell. There weren't any toiletries and only two towels. Everything was adequate but we wished there was a comfortable place to sit, a hairdryer would have been nice as well as pen and paper."

"The staff are so wonderful, kind, and attentive. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. The rooms however have gone down in quality since I stayed here 3 years ago. The bed was fine, comfortable enough and clean. However the bathroom looks like it was remodeled by a sloppy teenager. "So far the staff has been excellent and very helpful. Rooms are always nice, clean and spacious. I stay there every weekend for work and relaxation. It's easy to get to surrounding areas from there and parking is always available."

"The condition of room was terrible bed mattress was horrible probably has never been updated since the hotel was built door lock felt unsafe it so outdated bed sheet pillows were not comfortable at all I booked a room with no adjacent door to a next room and was put in a room that had an adjacent door to another room staff would not change me to another room my two day stay I felt uncomfortable the whole time"

"The staff are very friendly people. The hotel was recently updated. The cleaning service was not super consistent and we ran out of things multiple times. The breakfast also was understaffed and ran out of key items multiple times. Other than that, the location is great for proximity to BYU and the beds are pretty comfortable. They also enjoyed the walking trail behind the hotel."
