The concierge goes out of their way to make anything you want possible. I would definitely stay here again I recommend this property to anyone who would like to unwind in a retreat/resort fashion. Great staff, decor, amenities and hospitality. Gianalberto and Yordan in the restaurant area take special care of any requests that you might have. The spa is quite unique as well."

"This is a great facility in Urubamba, but away from the main plaza about 15 minutes. It's down a dirt road, that gives you some views and introspect, but it's not close to anything. The rugs need to be torn up and discarded. Stained and dirty. Basic needs, intermittent wifi but good overall. Breakfast is mediochre. Nice plants and landscaping. You do get a taste of the area if you walk into town and pass through the commercial district. Maybe good for an overnight. Good menu selection at...
