"We really enjoyed our experience at Ycona, one of the nicest hotel experiences. The hotel was really well laid out, and the staff were incredible, the friendliest and kindest people. It was also a really good move by the resort to have a WhatsApp group that had all the staff on it so there was always someone able to assist our requests. Thank you to everyone for the experience, and for making my wife’s birthday special at dinner with a vibrant happy birthday song! I would definitely recommend...

"This is not 4 stars hotel. This is 2 stars hotel. The pictures are photoshops. The beach is not swimmable, there is big pallet of garbage, old decaying seagrass with plastic and other garbage - nobody is cleaning "the beach" - never. Everyday 4-6h no electricity (what it means you cannot take a shower). The pool area pictures - taken like 10 years ago. Now everything very dirty and teared. I can talk and talk about this scam.
