"Quite possibly the nicest hotel I've stayed in, made more so by the attention by the staff, but also the incredible location and views. We were made to feel very welcome, staff were very friendly and to my daughter's delight, the mini bar was included! We had a room with a view of the lake and mountains. It was simply stunning and worth a little extra for that room. We are planning another trip to Switzerland so we can stay at the same hotel."

"Upon arrival which was around 10pm I was able to park in the allocated spaces for the hotel. The staff were super helpful and showed me directly to my room which was beautifully clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ample and had an ample array of choice. Again the staff in the morning were attentive and hard working. I would definitely return."

"It was the perfect place to stay with 2 teenagers. We felt safe leaving them to enjoy themselves and it was great for them to have a place to stay with big screen TV to watch World Cup semi finals. We would definelely stay here again. We had a hostel room which was small but had lots of showers and toilets and large gathering area so it was not an issue at all."
