Super clean facility and very awesome breakfast. This is a self checkin - with no frontdesk - It was bit of time consuming for to go through kiosk steps.-but not a big deal.

Great hotel, rooms were immaculate; clean really well furnished new, fabulous showers, comfortable beds, really good coffee machine in rooms, and great breakfast. Things to note: Checking was easy at a self checkin machine we only saw one member of staff at breakfast. This was not a problem for us. You are right next to a train line, bring ear plugs as there is no air-con so you will want the windows open in the summer and the freight trains at night are LOUD! Ear plugs fix this though. We had adjoining rooms as a family of 4, this is a great option as the room are spacious, there is a kitchenette however it is not equipped (apart from coffee machine kettle mugs coffee pods and tea bags) so if you plan of cooking you will need to bring pots, pans, utensils etc. just something to be aware of. We would definitely stay again.

Best hotel to stay at whilst in Näfels.

Very clean and well presented hotel. I booked my parents into this hotel whilst I’m working in Näfels, Switzerland and they thought highly of the hotel and the room was spotlessly presented. Thank you to the staff who also spoke good English who assisted them during breakfast. I have since booked this hotel for January for another visit. Danke.

The chef Kurt not only prepared outstanding meals but he went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He also provided us with useful local information that proved very helpful. Nadine also made us feel right at home from the night we arrived to the morning we departed. We felt we were leaving two friends behind. We did not like the check in! A hotel that is so excellent in every other way should have a live person to greet guests.

Das Hotel liegt inmitten eines Gewerbegebiets, und die Bahnlinie verläuft gleich daneben. D.h. die Aussicht ist nicht berauschend, jedoch die Schallschutzfenster machen einen guten Job ;-) Das Gebäude ist ziemlich neu und sauber. Das Frühstück war wirlich gut und die Auswahl ausreichend. Wir waren zum Radfahren in der Gegend, da hat uns die Lage nicht gestört, für Familie eher schwierig

Hotel limpo, quarto amplo e bom café da manhã. Não tem recepção, é tudo realizado em um terminal existente no saguão. É disponibilizado um número de telefone caso haja algum problema. Para quem não se importa com a fatla de atendimento humano, é uma boa opção.

War toll für eine Nacht. War nicht gerade günstig, jedoch wenn man alles mitnutzt schon. Keine Klimaanlage, wir hatten das Fenster/ Balkon Tür offen. Am Morgen war schon ab 6.30 Uhr sehr laute Stimmen vom Personal zu hören. Wir waren direkt über der Personal Terrasse. War schade... sonst sehr ruhig.
