Hotel Needs an urgent Renovation!!! Breakfast was a disaster very expensive and very limited!!! Lunch and dinner is what they have and not what you want!!! Wine was $10 dollars a glass and you have to share the table with everyone!!! No separate tables offer!!!

The staff at the front desk where horrible, everyone else were very humble and great people it was just the ladies in the front desk that had absolutely no manners, they were very rude and I’d not cared about customer service or customer comfort, the hotel it expensive and you expect good treatment but it was a horrible experience for me and my wife and for the price don’t expect luxury they have none of it, we went walking around the town and there are hotels that are way better in service and in customer service and cheaper with better amenities!! I would just not recommend anyone to stay in that place nor I will go back to it ever again!! There’s a lot more horrible stories that I can tell and it was only a two night stay…

The stay was really good, the hotel is located facing east and the sunrise is something you will never forget. Dinner menu is served at 7pm, for me it was a bit late, all food have windows of time when is available, if they will offer this at different times, the experience will be more personal. You get what you pay, it is a bit pricey but the hotel is the best of the area.

Every staff member, especially servers Irving, Miguel, Fernando, registration Maria Jose, bartender Alexi are as courteous, helpful, professional and friendly as any we have encountered. Due to noise from the restaurant above we switched rooms and found quiet, peace and wonderful decor. The only negative was a hair found in a bowl of fruit but our server apologized profusely and quickly replaced the bowl with another. This trip was a once in a life time occasion but we will highly recommend Hotel Mirador to our traveling friends.

The pic in the website was not the same I noticed in the reviews that room 80 81 and other 80s where bad, there is a a share balcony with ok view but seating is limited when I checked in i was assigned one of those room with horrible view and it smell like mold I was given the option to upgrade for additional $150. I did it it was our anniversary Third floor room 75 it was perfect include the food It was great I recommend high scale food delicious According to the staff hotels.com reserves the cheaper lower quality without balcony rooms Be prepare to to pay extra $150. But once you do the view is to die for. Priceless

Pagas por la vista de las barrancas. El hotel en si esta bonito pero ya un poco viejo. La comida y el restaurante son agradables. Lo que si nos decepcionó fueron las habitaciones ya que encontramos muchos insectos dentro the los cuartos y baños. Un poco caro para lo que es.

Great lobby & terrace to enjoy fantastic canyon views. Fireplace in lobby with chairs, couches! Very comfortable beds. Excellent coffee at coffee shop. Friendly staff. Some excellent walking with canyon views all around! Internet @50p./day, only in lobby/terrace areas. On-site restaurant food is expensive, bring some cheese, fruit, bread to get by if on a budget like us! Great food stalls at train station, gorditas & chili rellenos! Stunning views!!

La vista desde la habitación es espectacular. Sin embargo, los costos adicionales como para recogernos de la pasada del camión o llevarnos al parque son elevados (150 y 200 pesos por persona respectivamente), esos trayectos son de menos de 10 minutos en coche, pero caminando son de 40 minutos y con maletas son difíciles de hacer. Al hacer check-in nos recomendaron haber llamado al hotel para reservar y conseguir mejores precios.

Lo único bueno es la vista, terrible que no te den Wi fi por el precio que pagas por noche, tienes que comprar una tarjeta aparte. El restaurante no tiene opciones de menú, solo sirven un menú igual para todos. El personal algunos mala actitud con poca disposición para resolver tus dudas

Très bel hôtel, confortable mais trop cher selon moi pour ce qui est offert, vue partielle sur canyon était pas de vue du tout devant notre fenétre ( plein d'arbres, fallait se rendre a la porte suivante pour voir quelque chose) Boissons au bar, prix exorbitant(ex16$ le verre de vin). Pension complète signifie une seule option de menu mais tout était très bon sauf les petits déjeuners, surtout pour la cuisson des oeufs. Très bon service du personnel aux tables et au bar, mention à Alexis, Bryan, Fernando et le monsieur plus âgé. Le choix de notre table se fait par le personnel donc nous devons nous asseoir avec les différents groupes.Nous y avons fait heureusement d'agréables rencontres.Le transport de l'hôtel au parc est aussi très cher 350$pesos/pers(27$ ca) pour 7 min de route, plus cher que pour faire le téléphérique.La terrasse est magnifique pour y admirer une partie du canyon et le salon est chaleureux . Possibilité de belles randonnées pédestres aux alentours.Nombreux chiens très doux et amicaux qui vous accompagnent.

No se si no este bien funigada, o por estar tan cerca de los arboles, pero habia arañas y eso no nos permitio dormir tranquilos ...no vuekvo adquirir una habitacion en esa parte ...debian podar tal vez o fumigar cin regularidad ...no reconiendo esa parte...quisimos movernos a la parte de arriba pero era sumarbte altos los precios ....antes no era asi .

Encontramos una tarántula y un escorpión en diferentes noches en la habitación y otro huésped una serpiente falso coralillo en su habitación. Ofrecen una terraza compartida que en realidad es el pasillo de acceso a la habitación. El servicio y amabilidad es excelente, en especial el Sr Margarito. El restaurante solo ofrece comida y cena en menú de 3 tiempos. No hay servicio a la carta. Muy elevados los precios de los servicios .

Agradable pero con puntos de mejora
Mi estancia en hotel Mirador fue un tanto decepcionante debido a la falta de vista completa al cañón desde las habitaciones que nos asignaron. Al hacer la reserva, no se nos especificó claramente que estas habitaciones estaban ubicadas en el sótano y tenían solo una vista parcial al cañón. Esto resultó sorprendente, ya que el hotel presume que sus habitaciones tienen un balcón privado con vista al cañón.Como viajeros que buscábamos disfrutar de la belleza del cañón desde la comodidad de nuestras habitaciones, nos sentimos un poco frustrados al descubrir que nuestras expectativas no se cumplieron. Si hubiéramos sabido de antemano que nos asignarían habitaciones en el sótano, abajo del comedor, habríamos considerado reservar en otra habitación o en otro hotel donde se nos garantizara una vista completa al cañón. Al hacer la reserva, optamos por la pensión completa, pero fue necesario realizar una llamada directa al hotel para obtener información precisa sobre lo que incluía exactamente. Descubrimos que las bebidas no estaban incluidas, lo cual fue una sorpresa desafortunada. El traslado al Parque Aventuras, que se encuentra a menos de 10 minutos del hotel, tenía un costo muy elevado, pagué 1200 pesos por ese servicio. Del mismo modo, el tour de la Experiencia Tarahumara fue muy elevado. En resumen, mi estancia en este hotel tuvo aspectos positivos, como el trato EXCELENTE por parte de los camareros quienes con su amabilidad y atención contribuyeron positivamente.

Es un buen hotel. En algunos detalles le hace falta actualizarse. Comprendo que es un lugar, mayormente para estar en la naturaleza, sin embargo, no cuentan con internet (que hoy en día, en ocasiones es muy necesario). Cuando haces una reservación a través de alguna app, no te dicen detalles que luego te decepcionan (ejemplo. La comida estaba incluida, pero a la mera hora , te dicen que las bebidas no y luego te las cobran bien)... El menú debería tener un poquito más de variedad. La vista y el lugar son sin igual.

The views were incredible and definitely worth the stay! Though we stayed underneath the restaurant/patio in the rooms with the terrace and it sounded like they were moving furniture until after 11 PM and again around 6 AM. So we slept pretty poorly unfortunately. But the room was nice and the bathroom clean! Decent shower but not too hot.

Me encanto las vistas que tiene. No estaba lista la habitación a la hora que debia, solicitamos dos habitaciones y nos dieron una en la parte nueva y otra en la parte vieja. Tanto a la llegada como a la salida no nos auxiliaron con las maletas ( y lo solicitamos una hora antes) y tuvimos que subir y bajar los 130 (mas o menos) escalones con las maletas.

hermosa vista no me gusto el ruido de las pisadas de la cocina ya que la cocina estaba justo arriba de la habitación (imagino que nos asignaron ese por ser menor precio) mas no te dicen que no podrás dormir por el ruido que toda la noche hacen (pisadas, movimiento de muebles y platicas)
