Was okay to stay in, staff were nice. I did have to pay for tea/coffee, although my booking said it was readily available in common areas. Also, the room window didn't open, which made it quite hot and stuffy. Overall, it was okay.

Everything was good .The price was very good for the amenities it offers...we stayed 3 nights. It would be better also if at least could clean once in two days with baby is necessary, the last day we had a lot of rubbishes

Nice, clean property, with modern decor. The family room was great for 4 of us. The only issue we had was with the self-check-in after hours. The key-machine would not work and another guest needed to let us in. Reception was not visible from the entrance.

Title: A Pleasant Stay at First Hotel Stockholm North I recently had the pleasure of staying at the First Hotel Stockholm North, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel was clean and functional, meeting all my needs perfectly. Although there were only a few staff members on duty, they were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The breakfast offered was excellent, providing a great start to my day. Additionally, the location was very convenient for the airport and suited our travel plans perfectly as we explored Stockholm for the first time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Stockholm!

The room was nice but had no plce to hang or store clothing it was a mess. Breakfast OK - but limited if you had to eat within the last halv hourbefore closing. Pricing acceptable but the whole hotel was dirty, floors, windows, room clean at arrival but no service during 4 days. If these flaws will be corrected it might be a very good place to stay in northern Stockholm. Plenty of charging possibilities for EV's

“The hotel itself was good, and I stayed there for three days. However, during my stay, no one changed the towels or cleaned the room at all. I informed the staff at the reception, and they told me that I needed to hang a sign on the door. I did as instructed, but still, there was no change of towels, no cleaning of the room, and no change of bed linens.”
