All staff members were great but the only downside is there is NO staff overnight from 12am-6am if there's any unusual needs. It was a bit gloomy during my visit but if definitely go back one day"
"Clean big rooms with access to nice warm pool and well equipped gym are the positives.
Air conditioning could be better, it was just about manageable during our stay with outside temperatures of 20. If it’s any higher then can’t imagine being in the room.

"The hotel is located close to the center but parking was very difficult (recommend was a very narrow, old, dirty parking garage). The staff was friendly but not always helpful. The night was short as delivery traffic was very loud."
