"Rundown place with no amenities, and yet there is no effort to compensate with service. Booked the lodge, told I was actually in a bare bones "motel" across the street. Despite being mostly empty, they put me in a room next to another guest-- for their convenience I suspect-- but the thin walls meant being awakened when they arose at four a.m."

"The cabin was fantastic - clean, comfortable, everything you needed and wanted and beautiful location! Did I mention the fresh coffee?! And the shower was hot and glorious. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!"

"We had a great stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location and amenities made for an enjoyable experience. One suggestion would be to add a playground for children, which would make the property even more family-friendly. It would also be great to see the hot tub brought back, as that would be a wonderful amenity for guests to relax and enjoy after a day of exploring Alaska. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would gladly stay here again."

"we had a 2 bed room - its was large. Had a nice kitchen which was great for breakfast (Microwave only). One thing that would have been nice is to have a stove or hot plate to cook up some eggs and a toaster. Would highly recommend this property."
