"Perfect location! Friendly staff. Hotel is clean, nicely decorated. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was lovely but there was a fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night and all the clients were outside in the cold for over an hour without any manager talking to us. Fire engines took a long time to arrive and then it took a long time to get back to our rooms at 3 am. There was never an apology or explanation given even the next day. That is poor management."
