"This is a self serve hotel in a great location. Amenities such as an ice machine, front desk to speak too, etc. are missing. I chose the economy room as I was travelling on my own. EV charging was free and available but parking was for a daily fee. I had frequent contact with the support staff and they often answered within 10 min by text but were not able to resolve all issues. "The staff were exceptional! I really liked the location, it was clean and more spacious from what I saw in the photos. The food was ok. Its a great location, everything was near by and such a beautiful scenery!"

"Nice hotel, recently renovated, building works still going on which we weren't warned about. Think the 5 star is generous. Staff nice, but did not offer a 5 star service - no availability of an early check in, no safe place to leave bags. Bedroom nice, but bed quite small & no high end toiletries as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. "

"Room was large, clean, bed comfortable, large windows - I had water views which was great. Location is fabulous. Did not know about included breakfast? Bathroom average, clean, tub with toiletries supplied - no lotion though. Small fridge in room, small safe, microwave in lobby. Most of the front desk staff were wonderful. Little store attached for the all the snacks and things you may have forgotten. 2 restaurants also attached. Ribs were fab. "

"La chambre était propre, le lit très confortable, le personnel très sympathique et efficace. Bon pour dormir la nuit et puis passer le reste du temps ailleurs. Emplacement incroyablement proche de tous les commodités, attractions touristiques et même de l'hôpital. Le parking était un peu difficile d'accès, mais tout de même pratique. Accès au bâtiment très simple avec les cartes, passant du parking arrière à l'entrée principale. Le bâtiment est beau, mais pas tout a fait comme on le voit...

"This was a very unpleasant experience for my family and me. First of all, we didn’t receive any check-in instructions prior to arriving. We had no idea where to park our car, but by asking customer service, they told us that we can park in any spot we want in the underground parking lot as it was included in our room package. After parking my car, a lady came up to us and told me that that was her parking, and that we took her spot. We were very confused, because the person we called clearly...

"This was a pleasant surprise. Hostel was very nice with lots amenities like kitchen, cinema, lounge area and even a gym. Type of gym you can actually pull a workout not just a couple of dumbbells or barbells in a room. Best thing was the staff, Lawrence (sorry if I’m writing this name wrong) was the best. Super incredibly friendly and smiling gave me lots of tips and local spots to go. 10/10"
