"C’était très bien! Tout de suite en entrant, la décoration nous transporte dans un autre monde. C’est très chaleureux. Tout était propre, l’entrée, le hall, la chambre. Même du lait dans le petit frigo. Nous avions une fête dans la salle au sous-sol, c’était extraordinaire! Très bon rapport qualité prix."

"Nous avons séjourné dans la suite Price : la chambre était magnifique, le design original, beaucoup de commodités. À savoir : l’hôtel n’offre plus de déjeuners. Pour les dormeurs légers, les bouchons sont recommandés les vendredi et samedi soirs : le bar au premier résonne jusqu’aux petites heures… Hôtel très bien situé, personnel sympathique : nous reviendrons."

"Our stay at Hotel Charles-Alexandre was lovely! The location just off the Plains of Abraham park was wonderful for walking into the Old Town. The park, the river and a choice of cafes and restaurants are all in easy reach. The room itself was clean, spacious and pretty! There is no staff on site so we didn’t meet a single staff member but they were very communicative by text - checking in on us daily."

"Ci-dessous les problèmes avec la chambre - mais LE COMBLE était le service à la clientèle. Après mon check-in (mercredi en après midi) j’ai reçu un courriel de EXPEDIA me demandant comment a été mon check-in et ma chambre. J’ai répondu que celle ci était en piètre état (voir ci-dessous) Jeudi soir (devrais-je dire jeudi dans la nuit), le front-desk me contacte dans la chambre à 23:15, avec le téléphone de la chambre. "No kitchen in the room, as expected. Old building but well modernised. Temp control in the room. Building and room access by keypad code.had no issues with the system. Staff were cordial and immediately responsive when contacted (phone and text). No elevator and no adjacent parking so something to keep in mind if you have limited mobility. "Great location, super close to the Parliament building and Old Town. My boyfriend and I are in our early 20’s and were looking for somewhere affordable that still had a vintage charm to it. This place was awesome! Comfy bed, adjustable heat, blackout curtains, clean. Staff were also super receptive over the phone and even let us check in about 4 hrs early because our room was ready. Would recommend! "

"Great place with small kitchen that was fully equipped. Room was much smaller than we expected and “king size bed” felt more like a queen. The parking rate was good and also available parking on street was easy and reasonable. The instructions to get into the property and retrieve our key was clear and easy. They also were able to let us in a bit early which was nice. Also very responsive when we needed anything. Overall would recommend."

"This was a pleasant surprise. Hostel was very nice with lots amenities like kitchen, cinema, lounge area and even a gym. Type of gym you can actually pull a workout not just a couple of dumbbells or barbells in a room. Best thing was the staff, Lawrence (sorry if I’m writing this name wrong) was the best. Super incredibly friendly and smiling gave me lots of tips and local spots to go. 10/10"
