"The location was great, not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but very walkable to Old Quebéc, it is on a hill but it was a nice walk even for a stroller. The room was spacious to use our toddlers pack n play and very clean. I enjoyed the water and the wine dispensers, the wine was tasty. The pool was clean and our toddler enjoyed it very much."

"Hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Quebec the hotel is at a walking distance from everything and it’s definitely much better to just walk. One thing is the hotel DOES NOT offer free parking and not even a discount. You have to use a public parking which was quite expensive per day. I drove from NY so I definitely needed to use the parking lot. Personally, I felt the restaurant at the hotel had a limited menu and prices were over the top. Aside from that, clean hotel, friendly staff."

"Ambiance génial depuis notre balcon, vue sur restaurant. Nous avions vue sur un petit spectacle et nous avions l'ambiance animé du restaurant le reste du temps. La chambre était très propre et le personnels de l'hôtel très serviables et polis."

"Everything was good except there were no water bottles in the room at all, I believe that is a must if they can put coffee, water is basic amenity. Also, small things such as tissue boxes and toiletries were not provided. Basic amenities should be provided based on what was charged for a night."

"The location was great a short walk to the Old City gate on a very nice wide scenic street. The desk manager was extremely nice & very helpful. The immediate area has many quality restaurants. We stayed 2 nights last week. Our issue was security in the Hotel. Our door only had the first part of the lock functioning with the deadbolt not active. They added one of those flimsy chain locks which when you view the attached photos will see its held in by sheetrock screws as it had been broken through several times already. We were on the second floor down a hall next to an emergency exit. To make matters worse there was no safe in the room. The room itself was quaint with A/C & Heat mini-fridge & plenty of closet/ draw space."
