"This was the best hostel that I have ever stayed at. The inside is comfortable and homey and there's running water and hot showers indoors. Indoor plumbing the vibe there was really laid back and nice and the people who were visiting were great people. The staff were awesome. Billy is just a wonderful person. All in all. You can stay at a hostel and sit outside all day before you go back inside your tent or little cabin that has no running water to it. Or you can go to Billy's and have all the amenities of home"

However, the carpet and wall in the public area, such as hallway and dining area, is quite old and need to be replaced or repainted. The elevator is squeaky and needs to be maintained and lubricated. However, the staff is friendly and helpful."

"Great property, clean, comfortable and best of all with great orientation to see the Auroras. Breakfast was a bit minimalistic (frozen items in the cabin’s fridge). Felt awkward not to ever meet any Staff at the lobby but they were always quick to answer email or phone. We recommend it !"
