" We stayed at the Fairbanks AK location. We had a 6 am flight. They had a shuttle ready for us at 4:30 am. So we were able to give our rental car back the night before. Hugely helpful! In general, we had a very comfortable stay. The shower and beds were great! The only problem was the broken room air. It was impossible to adjust. Because there were no vents, we got A LOT of cold air blowing over us. The hotel itself was clean, well appointed and had these magnificent willow wood sculptures on...

"Went above and beyond. We rented a queen room for my husband and I to watch our son play football. Our son was supposed to stay with the team, but was injured in the game so we needed a cot so he could stay with us. We called Extended Stay from the ER and they said they’d see what they could do. "
