"Flawless experience from start to finish. Staff are amazing and super accomodating to any requests. The view is to die for if you have a lake-side room! Didn’t manage to use the pool or sauna, but I am sure they are amazing. "I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE.
