"Walking distance easy from train and terminals. Not enough staff to service the amount of people. They were hospitable when you got to them. No room amenities like an iron. Rooms are European this small. If just an overnight with early flight or train it’s good"

"Schön und modern eingerichtetes Hotel, Zimmer blitzsauber, Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Hotelbar mit außergewöhnlich gutem Angebot und überraschend niedrigen Preisen. Aus der Dusche kommt sehr wenig Wasser, da wollte man wohl im Sinne der Umwelt Wasser sparen. Das ist aber auch das einzige Negative das mir einfällt. Ich komme wieder."

"The rooms were clean, good firm matresses and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is average. You might want to order a coffee and get a croissant in a close by bakery. No parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unloading can be a bit difficult if you have bigger luggages. Close by parking garages are available."

"This hotel is well-located right beside the Schoenbrunn palace and the metro station where you can take the U4 line directly to city centre to see the rest of the sites. I was given a large, comfortable room with a balcony on the ground floor which I appreciated, and the room was air conditioned which was a relief as the weather was very hot when I stayed. The card reader on the inside of the room was a bit loose - it took a few attempts to align my key so that the room would connect to power....

"The hotel was amazing and had one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Its location was excellent, just a 14-minute walk from both the Rose Garden and the Hofburg. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Luca, Florian, and Annalena, who made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

"Great location, space and staff members. The vibe is excellent and there are plenty of places to relax and work; whatever your aim for the stay. The only minor potential for improvement might be providing more loo roll when doing up the rooms. The rest was exemplary and I had a wonderful stay."

"A really unique and well presented hotel. Great facilities. Comfortable apartment with kettle etc but also hairdryer/iron & ironing board!! Just outside are the bus/tram stops (number 62) to take you directly into the centre of the city. You don't have any disturbing noise either considering they are so close. All of the staff have been polite, helpful and friendly. Free coffee/tea facilities in the foyer are an extra bonus. Should we ever visit this beautiful city again we will stay...
