"The neighbourhood is questionable, outside of the building looks kind of rundown. Inside was actually surprisingly clean, bed and bath included. "There are not many motels in the Terrace Bay area and all are "mom & pop" operations. The owners of the Coach House motel take good care of their property. It was clean and comfy. The owners were friendly and made sure we knew they were available if we needed anything. The property was obviously built years ago but they did a good job of updating it, making it a pleasant place to stay."
