An older motel but well looked after and renovated. Small room but immaculately clean and in-floor heat. Comfy bed. Had a great stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Nipigon is a nice community.

Although the rooms are dated, they were very clean. Ample parking even for larger vehicles. There were a couple things that were not quite up to par, the bathroom fan did not work and there was no air conditioning. We didn't need the air conditioning on our trip but it would be a must in hot weather. All in all a good stay.

This is an old style road-side (hiway-side) motel. However my room was nicely renovated with thermopane windows, flooring, bathroom, refrigerator and smart TV. Hiway noise still heard during the day, but by 11pm only the occasional transport going by. Highly recommend for the price.
