"Run down building, dirty corridor carpets, torn curtains, no electricity sockets worked, 1980s mode TV, no hairdryer, no iron, wall paintings striped out but nails still showing. Very rude reception staff, specially the young black guy. No carts to take luggage to the room.public common washroom locked so checking in guests getting into the hotel after long drives could not use the washroom until a reception guy would open the lock. The worst experience so far with any hotel for us in last 40...

"The room was great (second room we were given). The first room had a bed that was not changed out and so the front desk happily gave us a different room which was great. The hallways and breakfast area are under construction and we're not nice to look at. The breakfast was ok. There was coffee, muffins fruit and some hot food( I did not try the hot food). There was not hot water for tea so I did have the coffee which was good. Parking lot was not paved but had lots of space to park in. ...

"The staff we encountered were friendly. The room was okay. The furnishings have seen better days. Things are very worn. There was several strands of hair on the bathroom floor. The shower curtain was ripped along the top. The curtains in the room were also full of small holes. The pool area; the hot tub was extremely frothy, which is usually indicative of high organics. And we saw blood worms in the pool. Another sign that the balance is off/water is dirty. There were kids/people...
