"Stayed for four nights and no complaints about the room, although the elevator was slow and often filled (and stairs were not an option due to knee injury). Breakfast options were great each morning. Some front desk staff were helpful, but others were not so much. Parking spots were not always available, but we were finally advised of another option on our last night (a little too late). We experienced an issue with being double-charged for the entire stay on two different cards, so we had to remedy that separately with one of the card providers after the fact as hotel did not know how to handle."

"staff told me that I had a room credit that could be used for food and beverages. upon check out, i had not been comped the credit that i was told i had by front desk staff. i later called the property and talked to the manager and told her that her staff said I had a credit for my room but had not been credited. although the mistake was on her end, she was only willing to reverse 1 $30 charge, though I had charged $90 total. completely unacceptable. thankfully i called my credit card and got all charges reversed (;"

"This hotel is undergoing heavy construction. The email they sent after I booked said "light construction" but our hotel didnt have water or cable when we checked in. The receptionist offered a refune since amenities werent available. She said I had to contact expedia first. So my party canceled and got a new hotel. The hotel is now not responding to Expedia. I recommend going somewhere else. "

"The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting."

"Stayed at the Aida in Kansas City and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. The space is HUGE. my room felt more like a full suite than a standard hotel room. What really stood out was the design: everything was thoughtfully curated, with a mix of vintage pieces and antique-style decor that gave the whole place a lot of character without feeling overdone. Location is also a big plus. it’s super close to the museums and the Plaza, so getting around was really easy. For the price, this is a really solid experience. Only small downside: because the room is so spacious, it can feel a bit cold at night Overall, would definitely stay again. "
