"Stayed here to attend a concert at United Center. We were hoping we’d feel safe enough to walk and we were. So many people at the hotel were also attending the same show, we all walked back home in a big group! Room was large, breakfast was above the standard fare, service from staff very friendly and accommodating, and this area of town was not riddled with traffic. If I ever go to another event at UC again I’ll definitely stay here!"

"Friendly, professional staff at check in and throughout our visit. Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Minor inconveniences- the steamer in the room didn’t work well at all and menu options were limited in lobby restaurant with long service times. Location was convenient to public transportation. Would stay again!"

"I give them a three out of 10 there's no ice machines on the floors the refrigerator was not working and they knew as soon as I checked in I was never moved to another room with a working refrigerator when they knew immediately after I checked in that the refrigerator was not working and no one never came to repair the refrigerator or put another refrigerator in when I had insulin and food that had to be left and stored in the car because of that this is one location that I will never visit...
