"The breakfast was not interesting. Some of the desk staff were very pleasant but one person was very rude. I had two requested adjoining rooms. Even though I reserved months in advance they would not give me adjoining rooms. Also our room was extremely distant from the elevator (like two blocks) there were no stairs with access to the lobby on our end of the building."

"Given the cost of this hotel room, the amenities in the room itself were terrible. There were no drawers to put clothes, microwave to heat water for tea. Leaving the room to go heat water for tea was particularly annoying. And it was very loud in the room because it was so sparsely furnished, and there was no carpet. The location was fabulous, but with that comes noise from Franklin Street, as is to be expected. There should be a sound machine in the room since it’s obvious the hotel can’t do anything about outside noise. "

"The bathrooms were entirely too small for someone with a walker and the commode was way too low for older people. The space on the sink needs to e increased by 100% as there was no place to put anything that was needed to get ready for the day!!"

"The location is wonderful, feels safe, can walk to shopping, restaurants, Fresh Market, etc. Nice atmosphere and attractive landscaping."

"A+ breakfast (peach bread from scratch!), 24 hour free guest pantry with snacks, free parking, beautiful grounds with walking paths, wonderful service, clean rooms. Will return for certain. "
