"The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The mattress, pillows, and bedding were very comfortable. Their air-conditioning was quiet and worked well. We did not have an opportunity to try the restaurant or room service. Overall, our stay was excellent. We will definitely come back."

"My stay was wonderful! The staff are very helpful and polite. The room was very clean and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious! Make sure to get the chilaquiles con pollo. The hotel is one block away from Chapultepec, which is full of bars and restaurants. Great location, great staff, excellent hotel. Will visit again. Muchas gracias!"

"EXCENTE HOTEL . Felices por haber elegido el alohamiento para conocer la hermosa ciudad de Guadalajara. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado para quienes quieren recorrer la ciudad caminando y visitar museos , lugares históricos como la biblioteca su universidad ,restaurantes ,bares y su mercado. El hotel cuenta con personal muy bien especializado de apoyo y empresas recomendables para contratar tours. Muchas gracias"

"Staff welcomed us warmly and helped us very quickly. When we entered the room it was just as advertised. Very clean and spacious. The morning breakfast buffet was my favorite. Location was great as all the touristy spots are nearby. Overall amazing experience."
