The guest dryer was out of order, and after I verified that, they offered me the use of housekeeping’s laundry area to dry my clothes after I washed them in the guest washer. Although I had to wait until they had finished washing and drying sheets and towels. So I thought they were very kind. "

"I get there super late after driving all the way from New Mexico. I thought I had a reservation there. As I'm looking at my phone and checking my emails the guy at the front desk takes my debit card and runs it. My reservation was for another hotel an hour way. I was completely aggravated with this man because not only did he run my card without asking or waiting for me to check to make sure that this was indeed the hotel for my reservation.. he put me on the second floor and I have huge suitcases when I paid extra to make sure I was at the bottom floor at the reservation I have made. This man carries my suitcases up the stairs. Gives me a super huge discount. And two storms hit 30 minutes after I got safely in my room. That man saved my life. I will be staying here every time I pass through to get home to Georgia. The bed was soft. The room was clean and up-to-date. The staff was amazing. Best mistake I ever made"
