"Very disappointed in this hampton inn. I always stay at hamptons but this one has been seriously neglected. A broken elevator, out of order ice machines, and the key programmer was broken so the desk person had to personally walk everyone to their room and if you left to eat or find a working ice machine she had to let you in again. Inside my room was broken parts in the shower and a wrapper for a pill under the ottoman. Clearly a case of an owner not taking pride to maintain his properties and so far below the normal standards i expect from Hampton"

"My experience here was horrible the staff entered my room multiple times during my stay without knocking and when addressed the housekeeper went downstairs and made up a lie that we was smoking in the room when we don’t even smoke never have a day in our life. The office manager put her fingers in my face and once I addressed it she decided to call the police to have us leave the property. They are extremely unprofessional and will lie on you"

"Checkin was quick and easy. The elevator floor needs work. The room did not have any facial tissue and only a tiny roll of toilet paper that ran out. The top two drawers of the TV cabinet kept coming open for no reason. The floor was ok but there shouldn’t be any carpet at all in the room. People have too many allergies."

"Bathroom was lacking cleaning. There was no shower gel in the shower. But the Staff were very friendly. You can hear a lot of noise from the highway but it is conveniently located just on the highway. If you have no trouble sleeping with noise, then you are good! "
