"On checkout I was charged for a pet fee we never had, wasn’t on our reservation or our checkin. So far no one has returned my calls and the desk clerk was not able to refund. Seems management is the only ones that can fix a charge, even when the error was made by the staff. Was told someone may call me by Tuesday.. checkout was on Friday! And issue was caught at checkout, so far, Hilton is giving the individual hotel an opportunity to respond (48 hours). Very disappointed It should be very easy to verify we had no animals and none on reservations charge was an additional 85.30!!"

"Breakfast was decent. Pool area wasn’t kept in best shape and not many towels. The room key stopped working after the first day. And the staff tried to make it seem like we didn’t have another nights stay. Room was average. "
