"The tub in room 207 was filthy. I had to call the front desk and ask them to clean it. They front desk lady came with a sponge. The refrigerator wasn’t getting cold. The curtains did not close. This is the worst hotel ever. "

"My time at the hotel was great. My room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Everyone there was so nice and friendly from the moment I checked in. The bar was a great place to stop after a long day to have a few drinks and pleasant conversation with the bar tender. The manager, Nikki, was exceptional! She was helpful, friendly and kind. That made my stay an even more memorable experience. If you travel with dogs, she willI give them lots of loving and treats. I will be back and I definitely recommend staying there to anyone looking to visit the Milwaukee area."

"Couldn't sleep in that beautiful room because the HVAC fan was roaring loud, and even after I figured how to set it lower, it stll rumbled a low frequency making it hard to sleep. I would have rather stayed at a cheap hotel and gotten some sleep vs.spent a night in an elegant room and stayed awake and tired the next day. Also, I couldn't figure out how to use the TV control. How about putting a manual of instruction in each room. And have additional blankets available."

"Rooms are very well thought out lots of storage, but uncluttered and ultra clean. I loved that there were no cleaning product or other fumes in the room. The place had no artificial odors whatsoever. No glade plug-ins or other obnoxious air freshener smells, I really appreciate that!!! The check-in staff wasn't very welcoming or friendly. The check-out staff was just the opposite...super nice and friendly. We will be back!"

"The shower and sink were clogged; I requested that this issue be fixed on several occasions, but my request was not addressed. I had to find another hotel. We were a team of three people (occupying three rooms), and all three of us moved."
