"Staff were exceptional. Food menus catered to varied needs; servers even remembered my lactose free requirements, and altered my menus accordingly. Grounds and beach were impeccable, pool was always crystal clear. Free entertainment most evenings, we had acrobats and a story teller one evening. Security made us feel taken care of. However the Halls echo big time so when a cleaning person or other staff members in the whole talking to the staff member it's so loud it literally will wake you up in the middle of your room. "The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great! The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short. They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs! Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one...

"We had a gorgeous sea view room for our 2 night stay. Bed is comfortable, balcony seats very comfortable: good shower etc. place is spotless with attentive housekeeping. Great stay if you’re looking to dive around Mnemba as the diving centre with lovely staff is in the resort. Menu is a bit limited for vegetarians and they ran out of quite a few ingredients (avocado, limes) so it wasn’t the best food we had and the area around the hotel is pretty quiet. "
